South Korea captain Ji Sung Park admits that qualifying for the semi finals of the 2002 World Cup was a little miracle but that it’s possible for it to happen again in South Africa. “Obviously 2002 was a great achievment for us, it was a miracle but there’s nothing to say that it cannot happen again” the 29 year old Manchester United midfield dynamo warned. But then Park quickly added that the odds of a repeat performance are very slim ”Actually our goal is to get through to the second round and we don’t even think about going any further”

The rumours and gossip about which players are going to be coming into Old Trafford this summer continues unabated with the latest one being that Ajax’s star striker Luis Suarez only wants to move to Manchester United if he leaves the Amsterdam club. The 23 year old Uruguayan has been a prolific goalscorer since joining Ajax in 2007 scoring a remarkable 41 times in 42 appearances this season and 27 in the previous campaign.

When England were surprisingly defeated 0-2 by the United States in a friendly match played in Massachusetts on June 9, 1993, a little bit of history was created. For the first time since the inaugural international against Scotland in 1892, England was captained by a black player in former Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince.

A Report from News of the World suggested that Sir Alex Ferguson will try to sign Estudiantes forward Mauro Boselli this summer. Boselli is unlikely to appear in Argentina squad this World Cup as Diego Maradona is satisfied with current attackers such as Messi and Tevez.
The previous fact hints on Boselli price that would cost the Red Devils just £5 million. United have just signed Javier Hernandez from Chivas de Guadalajara after being knocked out from Bayern Munich earlier this month and Boselli MAY be the second American to join United this summer.
