A Report from News of the World suggested that Sir Alex Ferguson will try to sign Estudiantes forward Mauro Boselli this summer. Boselli is unlikely to appear in Argentina squad this World Cup as Diego Maradona is satisfied with current attackers such as Messi and Tevez.
The previous fact hints on Boselli price that would cost the Red Devils just £5 million. United have just signed Javier Hernandez from Chivas de Guadalajara after being knocked out from Bayern Munich earlier this month and Boselli MAY be the second American to join United this summer. Birmingham City manager Alex McLeish will be asking Man United for the service of England international keeper Ben Foster in the summer. The old friendship between McLeish and Sir Alex Ferguson will help this deal to go through. The expected departure of on loan keeper Joe Hart will force McLeish to look for a replacement and Foster is a good choice for the Scottish gaffer. Read the full story

Manchester United surprised the press with the signing of Mexican youngster Javier Hernández ”Chicharito” for undisclosed fee. The 21 years old striker will join Man United from C.D. Guadalajara on July, subject to a work permit application. He will be the first Mexican player in history to play with United.
Sir Alex Ferguson was happy to add the international player to his squad for next season in a deal which will see United traveling to Mexico to play in a match to open the new 45,000 capacity Chivas Stadium in Guadalajara as part of next season preparations. Read the full story

Manchester United are back to business in Brazil. Sir Alex Ferguson is still looking to sign Brazilian U20 attacking midfielder Alex Teixeira who is at the moment in Egypt leading Brazil at the U20 World Championships.
Teixeira, 19 years old, is playing with Vasco da Gama in Brazil, he was promoted to the senior squad for the tour of Dubai in January 2008. Read the full story
