If we did get nasri & sneijder to join up with ashley young we could have a very different midfield next year. If Nasri does come then I think it will definitely be Giggs’ last season and I wouldn’t be altogether surprised if he didn’t even make the squad. With Brown, O’Shea etc on the way out and the arrivals there is a big shake up going on – Ferguson really wants to breathe new life into things and blend youthful skill and exurberance and ambition with experienced players like Vidic, Evra and Rooney. There are exiting times ahead. It may take more than this summer and maybe even next season for things to take shape but there is no doubt that Ferguson is planning a serious trophy assault over the next 3-4 years.

Nasri or Sneijder? Then Sneijder I guess. Only cos he is more established. I’d love both though it is wishful.
