It is an interesting piece, but i still believe improvements are needed in midfield, Scholes and Giggs are past it, and Carrick has never been good enough, with a player like Fellaini in the team, as well as a center back such as hummels, and possibly a star quality winger to replace Ashley Young, United would be a long way to challenging for top honours in England and in Europe.

I think it is natural to play more defensive when we are two up but with Rio and Evans pairing at the back, we know that sooner or later the defence will crumble under pressure from Chelsea’s attack. Rio and Evans are two quality player but both are sorely lack of pace and players like Matta, Hazard and Oscar can easily exploited this weaknesses.
