Sir Alex Ferguson has major defensive problems

Manchester United visit Burnley’s Turf Moor on Wednesday night looking for their second victory of the Premier League season. The Red Devils kicked-off the season with a 1-0 victory over Birmingham at the Theatre of Dreams on Sunday and now they face another newly promoted side.

United’s 1-0 victory over Birmingham City at Old Trafford on Sunday was more functional than inspiring, although United could and probably should have made the score more convincing with Darren Fletcher and Michael Owen both missing glorious chances. Read the full story
