United may have found a 16 year old Beckham?

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is snapping up Belgium’s ‘new David Beckham’ – teenage sensation Adnan Januzaj according to a report in the Daily Mirror. Ferguson has tied up a deal for the right winger who stars for Anderlecht’s youth teams but is coming to England on a staggering four year contract.

Januzaj, who comes from a Serbian background, will pick up a stunning £120,000 a year for the next four and a half seasons – a deal that will make him one of the highest paid kids at Old Trafford. United, who will have to pay Anderlecht a ‘training and development’ fee, have beaten off several other top European clubs for the player.

What are the odds of the boy turning out to be another Chicharito?

10 grand a month for a 16 year old. I started on £100. I’m in the wrong game!

  • kosova

sory but the information is not correct he is with kosova albanian background not serbian.

  • RedScot

I agree with Baldrick, its hideous,I want to find a “Devious” plan, to get me out of poverty.
Wish the lad the best of luck, at the best club in the world to, hone his skills, with the magnificent backroom staff.Go for it youngen.

Adnan Januzaj DOES NOT have a serbian background. Make sure you don’t call and Albanian Kosovar, (serbian background).

  • Frank Scicluna

OK ikfesh, I take your word for it. Januzaj is an Albanian Kosovar. Just one question, who does he represent Albania or Serbia?

  • kosova

HE REPRESENTS KOSOVA THE NEWEST STATE IN THE WORLD

  • moschino israel

he dont represents kosova or albania, he represent belgium.

why many good albanien player in europa dont represent albania. they should represent albania not switzerland.

  • Frank Scicluna

The fact is that Januzaj is Belgian. Where his parents come from is immaterial UNLESS he’s not good enough to represent his country of birth so this whole argument becomes pointless.

  • Ikfesh

    Hi Frank,
It is very obvious that Adnan Januzaj is Albanian Kosovar for that fact that his name gives me enough evidence. At least his Parents are Albanian Kosovar. I just read it on a Kosova daily Newspaper “Koha.” He cannot be serbian because his last name does not end with C or Q — Example: Ivanociq (C) Chelsea player (Ivanivic), MAN U player VIDIC. Search all serbian last (surname) the last letter will either be C or Q. Although Adnan Januzaj could be from Presheve, Medvege, or Bujanovc, Still He is Albanian. All these three regions are located in southern Serbia, but they are populated by Albanians.

Definitely Kosova NOT Kosovo… Is the newest country in the world. Kosova declared it’s Independence on February 17 2008.
If you need more explanations let me know.
Take care you all, God bless.

  • crni

Kosovo is a province of Serbia. His parents emigrated to Belgium so he is a Belgian player of Serbian background though most likely an Albanian by ethinicity.

  • Saimir

He is Albanian from Kosovo what hell? Please don’t compare our countries with Serbia…please try to fix the mistake ….he is from USA united states of Albania…

  • Dardan

OK ALL….IF AN ENGLISH MAN GREW UP IN CHINA DOSE THAT MAKE IN CHINESS???? ME THINKS NOT.
I GREW UP HERE AND HAVE A BRITISH PASSPORT..BUT I’M KOSOVAN AND PROUD TO BE ONE!

ADNAN IS A KOSOVARE THAT GREW UP IN BELGIUM, END OF.

HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SERBIA.

  • Frank Scicluna

Sorry to be so blunt Dardan but apart from some Kosovans nobody cares.
