TrulyReds mentioned yesterday that Berbatov has already signed for United. And today Berbatov becomes officially a player with Manchester United. The Bulgarian striker has signed a four-year contract after joining from Tottenham Hotspur for an undisclosed fee.
Dimitar Berbatov, 27 years old, has spent two seasons with Spurs and scored 46 times in 101 appearances. The agreed deal has a part that let United striker Fraizer Campbell playing the rest of the 2008/09 season on loan under the management of Juande Ramos at White Hart Lane.
Berbatov was happy to end the transfer sage upon his move to United.

And Sir Alex Ferguson is the happiest man today as he finally added his classic striker to his squad.

Berbatov is expected to play his first game with United next Saturday against Liverpool at Anfield.
