Manchester United wasn’t the team today in early 80s. United were usually end at mid table and sometime winning the FA Cup at the end of the season. When Ronald Atkinson arrived, known as Big Ron, things started to improve. Atkinson’s side reached the semi-finals of the European Cup Winners Cup and finished fourth in the First Division. In 1985 United again won the FA Cup and ten successive victories in the 1985-86 season put him well ahead of the pack. Many legends play at that time like Bryan Robson, Norman Whiteside, Viv Anderson, Mark Hughes and Denis Irwin. Enjoy Watching!
