In the space of 4 days many people were doubting not only the Manchester United team but also the manager Ole Gunnar. Facing Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, meant if we lost both games, surely the manager would have been ready to pack his bags, not this manager.
With a great win against Tottenham Hotspur midweek all eyes were on the Manchester Derby. In case you haven’t seen the result, Manchester United won 2-1 away from home. Both Rashford and Martial scored the goals in the first half in what could have been more. Manchester City scored in the last 4 minutes but aside from that the Reds dominated.
What a turn around!
The way the team played on Saturday was the best we have seen in several seasons. The way we dominated the most expensive team in the world makes many fans confident in the future.
The player which stands out is Fred, what a performance and has gone from a questionable player to one we can now trust to deliver. Many people doubted his ability but after the game many fans were amazed. We are now excited about the games and expect us to kick on from here, the team showed us on Saturday against Manchester City and midweek against Tottenham that we have what it takes.
Marcus Rashford is in amazing form and we think that is due to the Anthony Martial return. Playing as the lone striker is not the best for Rashford and his ability lies by playing as a pair. The finest win for Ole Gunnar as his time in the Manchester United hot seat and his 50th match.
